If you restart by running RunAuctonic again you should be upgraded to 1.31. The browser giving this error could be due to either eBay experiencing problems or network problems.
When you click on the approve Auctonic button your browser is being directed to an eBay page (totally independent of Auctonic).
If this does not solve the problem then please post here giving some more information about the Operating System you are using and which browser is your default.
